Enhancer has experience from the measurement of the level of roles and individuals in more than 150 companies and a number of boards and has contributed to developing both global companies and smaller private equity-owned companies.
- Thirteen years of experience in top management positions in the pharmaceutical industry. Member of the executive committee at Pharmacia in the end of the 1980s, and deeply involved in one of Sweden's largest mergers ever: Pharmacia Procordia and Provendor.
- Within three years set up Sweden's largest management training company during the early 1990s.
- 1994-1998: President of retail industry IT company in the US, which acquired a world-leading company in space management.
- Board member of ROII (Requisite Organization International Institute), founded by Elliott Jaques and Kathryn Cason.
