Requisite Organization (RO) is an approach to structuring an organization, staffing the roles in the structure, and managing the employees in the roles. We will focus on two aspects of the model relevant to coaches.
- The capability model provides a very useful diagnostic for performance problems. It is also unique in its focus on ability to handle complexity, the most important factor in determining whether someone will be unable to handle the work in their role, suitably matched, or bored.
- RO offers a complete model of an effective, efficient, trust-building organization. So it helps diagnose organizational problems faced by the person you are coaching.
This will be an interactive session with plenty of time for questions and discussions.
